	2008 AGM Agenda note to all members Member's attention is drawn to the item on the agenda under Any Other Business for the Annual General Meeting to be held on Friday 5 September : It is proposed that the following words, or such similar wording as may be agreed with the Registrar of Companies, be added as sub-clause (e) to clause 3 of the Association's Memorandum of Association. "3. (e)To provide both active and passive support to approved charitable bodies to further their aims and objectives".
	Cancellation of Film Night at 19/8/2008 Kindly be informed due to the Olympic Games in August. The Board of Directors have decided to cancel Film Night in August.	Aug08
